Our women's program is adaptable to any committed individual regardless of fitness or experience. This means everybody does the same workout varied only by their ability to perform it. This helps everyone feel like they belong and are working with the group and not away from the group.
Our program is anything but ordinary. Each day incorporates something new or includes different exercises, volumes, intensities, etc. You will not be stuck doing the same old workout day after day. Instead, you will be excited to see what new challenge you have to overcome each time you come to the facility. Our functional, ground-based exercises incorporate movements that will enhance daily tasks and improve your overall quality of life.
People that plateau and see diminishing results lose motivation, which is the number one reason people stop working out. SPD's programming is based on progression so that you will never have to worry about changing your routine, we'll do that for you.
Women who are interested in our program are encouraged to take advantage of our ONE FREE SESSION OFFER before signing up. We are confident you won't feel uncomfortable or intimidated. You'll find our trainers and our athletes (women) helpful and cooperative. There is no pressure to compete, no expectation that you will perform every exercise right the first time. Remember, everyone is there to improve.
