Much like our Sport Conditioning but with one small difference…your team is the group. A team may book the entire facility / session exclusively for their team at a special rate and book these sessions as their schedule permits. Team Sessions are booked outside regular business hours later in the evening, in the afternoons or on weekends. The session will follow the same outline as the SPD Performance Model. Additional instructors may be added to assist in order to keep the athlete to coach ratio to a minimum.
