The SPD program operates four training cycles throughout the year. The fall, winter, spring and summer cycles each run twelve (12) weeks in length.
Each individual training session last approximately one hour. All registered athletes may attend as many training sessions that their schedule permits. Please see Rates & Schedules Page for more information.
